We would love you to share the OTTO love, and to say thank you when you do we’ll give you a 25% discount when someone you have recommended makes an order with us for the very first time. That discount applies for as many new OTTO purchasers you refer.
To qualify, all you will need to do is set up an account with us. Once you have done that you can log in to your own account area on our website and find a unique referral link to send to your friends. You will also to find the special discount codes which are generated every time someone you recommend makes a first purchase in your account area. To find out more read our Q&A below.

How do I get a referral link to send to my friends?
If you are already an OTTO account holder just sign in to your account and you will can find your code by clicking on the ‘Referral Link’ tab in the menu. When you do that a special weblink that’s unique to you will be revealed.

How can I share my referral link?
When you get your special link from our website you can click a button to share it with your friends via email, Facebook, Linkedin or Twitter. Or you can simply copy and paste it and share it by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Text, Instagram or whatever other groovy online service you are signed up to!
Who can I share my referrer link with?
OTTO only delivers to addresses in London (see our postcode map below) so it goes without saying it’s really only worth sharing the code with your London friends.
What will people who are sent a referrer link get?
When they click on the link they will be told how to generate a one-time 25% discount code when they sign up for the first time. If they have not ordered from OTTO before this means they will get two chances to save 25%. They can use their special referral code to get another 25% off and then next time they order.
What benefits will the referrer get?
Every time someone you have referred (who was not already an Otto account holder) makes a purchase using the code (remember they can only use it once) you will find a special discount code sitting in the My Coupons area of your account. So the more people who you refer who use your coupon code the more one-off discount codes you will receive.
How long are discount coupons valid for?
The OTTO referral scheme coupons are valid for 90 days from the time of issue.
