We’ve dressed the broccoli with its best friends, anchovy, chilli and garlic. The dressing works perfectly with both the pasta and the broccoli making the whole so much greater than the sum of its parts.

Flour, semolina, egg, olive oil, purple sprouting broccoli, onion, garlic, chilli, orange juice and zest, anchovy, bay leaf, salt, pepper. In our GF version flour and semolina are replaced with gluten free flour and xanthan gum.
