We love the arrival of spring not just for longer days but also because for a fleeting few weeks wild garlic is in season. Combining wild garlic with pine nuts and parmesan makes the most fantastic pesto. However, in this dish we’re using the ingredients separately and they work brilliantly with cylindrical paccheri to create a fresh and satisfying vegetarian dish.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour, semolina, egg, olive oil, garlic leaf, pine nuts, parmesan, gluten-free flour, bay leaf, salt, pepper. In our GF version flour and semolina are replaced with gluten-free flour and xanthan gum.
BOX CONTENTS:
Paccheri, garlic leaf pesto, pasta water, parmesan, bay leaf
Gluten, eggs, pine nuts, lactose. Note that gluten-free flour is used in our gluten-free version.
