This risotto-like dish featuring gnocchetti combines the sweetness of the preserved tomatoes with creamy mascarpone and the result is a super-comforting dish – a warm summer hug in the depths of winter.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour, semolina, egg, olive oil, red onion, garlic, chilli, orange zest, butter, tomatoes, mascarpone, cabernet sauvignon vinegar, demerara sugar, basil, salt, black pepper. In our GF version flour and semolina are replaced with gluten-free flour and xanthan gum

Gluten, Egg, Sulphites, Lactose (note that Gluten-free flour is used in our gluten-free version)
