This lovely church bell shaped pasta goes perfectly with a sauce of slow cooked, crushed and roasted courgettes. It’s beautifully simple but at the same time real care has been taken with making the sauce taste like the pure essence of cooked courgettes. It’s a wonderful summer dish.

Flour, semolina, water, shallots, courgettes, garlic, white wine, olive oil, marjoram, vegan cheese, yeast flakes, salt, black pepper, Aleppo chilli flakes, lemon zest
