As the evenings get cooler it’s time to enjoy richer flavours and this dish fits the bill magnificently. An intense peppered venison ragout works perfectly with the earthy flavour of buckwheat rigatoni, and we’ve added an extra layer of flavour with a smoked toasted crumb.

INGREDIENTS:

Flour, semolina, egg yolk, olive oil, gluten free flour, venison, bacon, onion, leek, garlic, carrot, turnip, celeriac, beetroot, red wine, tomatoes, chicken stock, bay leaves, orange zest, vegetable oil, butter, salt, black pepper, parmesan, rosemary. In our GF version flour and semolina are replaced with gluten-free flour and xanthan gum

BOX CONTENTS:

Venison bolognese sauce, Rigatoni, Pasta water, Smoked focaccia crumb, Parmesan, Bay leaf

Gluten, Egg, Sulphites, Celery, Lactose (note that Gluten-free flour is used in our gluten-free version)
