Founder Franco grew up eating fantastic produce and when he left his native Italy he was shocked at how little attention people paid to eating with the season and selecting for intense flavour. Natoora sources only the very best and the perfect ingredients it provides form the heart and soul of our dishes.
HG Walter started out as a simple family butcher but the sheer quality of the meat it supplies has led to London’s top chefs beating a path to its door. It now supplies some of the UK’s very best restaurants with meat that is predominantly sourced from small farms rearing free-range native breeds.
The Wild Room
There is no-one more knowledgeable on all things wild than Phil’s great mate Mike de Stroumillo. What he doesn’t know about wild mushrooms and foraged produce is just not worth knowing and as a result The Wild Room is the go-to supplier for the UK’s top restaurants. Phil says “As chefs we are inspired by what Mike brings to our kitchens from the English garlic leaf in the spring to golden Scottish girolles in summer.”
